A sweet, umami-rich blend of slow-cooked onion, garlic and ginger with a subtle, velvety undertow of red wine vinegar. The combination of garlic and chili peppers in this product gives it an intense flavour that pairs perfectly with meats, fish and vegetables. It is based on a fine olive oil-based sauce with additional spicy ingredients.
