"Green walnut honey" is forest honey matured on a bed of green walnuts. It is a dark-coloured, delicately fragrant, extremely succulent honey, a special variety of forest honey.
It is excellent against anaemia and iron deficiency due to its high iron and other mineral content, and is also very rich in vitamin C. It is a good stomach and liver tonic, antiseptic and blood purifier.
