Bee bread (or "perga") is a natural supplementary treatment to detoxify and strengthen the body.

What is beebread?
Beebread is pollen fermented naturally in the hive. The bees take the pollen into the hive and empty it into the cells of the spleen, where it is mixed with honey and various enzymes and then insulated with wax. The pollen undergoes a series of biochemical transformations due to the micro-organisms in the hive, temperature and humidity, and after 3 months of natural fermentation, it is formed into beebread.

Dosage recommendation:

For health purposes, 2 to 3 pieces 2 times a day is recommended for an unlimited period of time.

In case of illness, 5 g per day as a cure.

It is also recommended for children as it helps to compensate for protein and vitamin deficiencies caused by an unbalanced diet.
