Nutmeg - Ground 30g

Nutmeg (Myristica fragrans) is an aromatic spice obtained by drying the seeds of the nutmeg tree. Nutmeg is a small, hard nut, often used in grated or ground form to flavour sweets, cakes and spicy dishes.

The flavour is rich, warm and full of character, and is often used for winter festivities. Nutmeg has also traditionally been used for medicinal purposes, for example to relieve digestive problems or as a mood enhancer.
