"Green walnut honey" is forest honey matured on a bed of green walnuts. A dark coloured, delicately fragrant, extremely succulent honey, a special variety of forest honey.
High in iron and other minerals, it is excellent for anaemia and iron deficiency, and is very high in vitamin C. It is also a good stomach and liver tonic, antiseptic and blood purifier.
